YES if SpaceX performs a liftoff of the integrated Starship vehicle composed of Ship 41 and Booster 21 from Pad 2 at Starbase, Texas on September 18, 2026 at or after 7:15 AM CDT (12:15 UTC). "Liftoff" means the engines ignite and the vehicle clears the pad, i.e. vertical motion away from the pad. The liftoff must be reported by the launch operator SpaceX or by independent reporting such as Spaceflight Now or Reuters. Engine ignition that does not result in the vehicle clearing the pad counts as NO. If SpaceX publicly announces a scrub or postponement prior to ignition the market resolves NO.
