Why don't my league points match my total points?

Leagues run on calendar months (UTC). At the start of each month every pool resets and the standings start again from zero, while your lifetime point total keeps growing. The number next to your name in a league is what you have earned this month, not since you joined.

Why didn't I get my referral reward?

Referral payouts to the inviter are capped to keep things fair: up to 5 paid referrals in any 24 hours, up to 5 over the lifetime of an account, and up to 15 across all accounts that share a device. Past a cap your invite code keeps working and your friend still receives their credits, and only your payout stops. Anti-fraud checks can also hold a payout back.

Do I have to wait for my gift card?

There is no waiting period and no manual approval. The order is placed the moment you redeem, and your reward is sent to your account email. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us with the reward name and the date you claimed it.
