Resolves YES if, no later than October 31, 2026, the Berlin Abgeordnetenhaus has voted to elect Elif Eralp as Regierende Bürgermeisterin and she has been formally sworn into that office. Resolution may be based on the Abgeordnetenhaus vote record or an official press release from the Berlin Senate (Senatskanzlei), or on credible reporting by at least two independent national or regional news outlets. If Eralp is elected but declines the office, resigns before being sworn, the election is annulled prior to swearing, or only an acting mayor is appointed without an Abgeordnetenhaus election and formal swearing for Eralp by the deadline, resolve NO.
