Results Sep 7🤖 Context
The rule required that on 7 September 2026 (Spain local time) at least two independent national Spanish news outlets report the two former Plus Ultra executives named in EFE’s story were formally questioned at the Audiencia Nacional and recorded as having 'declared as investigados'. Press coverage shows EFE reported Julio Martínez Sola had 'declared as investigado' at the Audiencia Nacional on 7 September, while reporting and schedules from other outlets place Roberto Roselli's appearance on 8 September. Because only one of the two was recorded as having declared as investigado on 7 September, the condition was not met, so the outcome is no.

Final crowd probability
The crowd was 55% sure, and they nailed it.
Why: Contemporary press coverage establishes that only one of the two former Plus Ultra executives testified on 7 September 2026. EFE’s 7 Sep dispatch reports that Julio Martínez Sola “ha declarado este lunes como investigado” at the Audiencia Nacional. Multiple other outlets (El Independiente, El Mundo, laSexta) had reported the appearances were scheduled for 7 and 8 September respectively (Martínez Sola on the 7th; Roberto Roselli on the 8th). Because the question asks whether the two named ex‑directives were both formally questioned and recorded as having declared as 'investigados' on 7 September, the sources show that condition was not met (only Martínez Sola declared on the 7th; Roselli was scheduled the next day).

Given the reports leading up to the date, I expect the two former Plus Ultra executives will be interrogated as 'investigados'. It seems likely the media will cover this correctly.
