Final crowd probability
The crowd was 69% sure, and they nailed it.
Why: Decisive, corroborating evidence in the supplied pages shows the event occurred on 2026-08-17. The Canal del Congreso uploaded a recording titled “Informe Dip. Kenia López Rabadán, Presidenta de la Cámara de Diputados - 17/08/2026” on 2026-08-17 (a 1:15:24 broadcast), indicating the informe was publicly delivered/recorded that day. Independent news coverage from Infobae (article dated 17 Aug 2026) explicitly reports she presented her informe on Monday 17 August and summarizes the address. A third independent outlet (Talla Política) published the deputy’s message from the presentation and is dated “Ciudad de México, 17 de agosto de 2026.” These three independent sources unambiguously corroborate that Kenia López Rabadán publicly delivered her Informe de Actividades legislativas to the Cámara de Diputados on Mexico City local date 2026-08-17. Judgment is based strictly on the supplied evidence.
