Will any area in Spain be under an orange or red wind warning on September 12?

Why: Extracted condition: At least one Spanish área recorded by AEMET at naranja (orange) or rojo (red) for the hazard 'viento' (wind) at any time during 2026-09-12 (00:00:00–23:59:59 CEST). Target window: 2026-09-12 (local Spain). Observations used: AEMET Meteoalerta official archived warnings for 2026-09-12 (the supplied archive, labelled EXHAUSTIVE) which states: 'At NARANJA or ROJO at any point on 2026-09-12: NONE — no área in Spain reached naranja or rojo for any hazard on this date.' The archive does list wind warnings but only at AMARILLO (yellow) for 18 áreas. Comparison: because the authoritative archive explicitly reports no áreas reached naranja or rojo on 2026-09-12 (and lists only amarillo for wind), the condition (at least one area at naranja or rojo for wind) is not met. Therefore outcome = NO.
