Resolved: No
Results Oct 16YES if, no later than October 15, 2026, either the official Berlin election authority (for example the Landeswahlleiter) issues an explicit updated official statement saying a recount in Steglitz‑Zehlendorf changed vote totals or produced a different official winner for any contest, or at least two independent authoritative news outlets report that the recount changed the official totals or outcome. Credible reporting by two independent outlets without an official statement is sufficient to resolve YES. Minor administrative corrections that do not change vote totals or winners do not count. Otherwise NO.

How markets are built and settledWith only 22 days to go, any significant change seems unlikely unless there's an unexpected finding. The official election authority would have to act promptly for a shift in results.
