YES if during Donald Trump's scheduled remarks at the Republican National Convention on September 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET he utters the words "Democrat", "Dumocrat", or "Dumbocrat" a total of 25 or more times, otherwise NO. Each distinct spoken occurrence counts once, and plurals that clearly pronounce the same root (for example "Democrats") count as occurrences. Resolution will be based on the verbatim video and transcript of that RNC appearance, preferably the official RNC livestream or C-SPAN video/transcript, supplemented by contemporaneous wire-service transcripts or reporting and the Polymarket event record, and if the specified appearance is definitively cancelled or is not available no later than 11:59 PM ET on September 11, 2026 the Polymarket "-No Qualifying Event-" bracket will be treated as having occurred.
