YES if, during JD Vance's scheduled remarks at the Republican National Convention at 10:00 AM ET on September 9, 2026, he utters the words "America" or "American" a total of 20 or more times, counting each distinct spoken occurrence once. NO otherwise. Settlement will use the verbatim video and transcript of that appearance, preferably the official RNC livestream or C-SPAN video/transcript, supplemented by wire-service transcripts (AP, Reuters) and the Polymarket event record, and if the appearance is definitively cancelled or not available no later than 11:59 PM ET on September 10, 2026 the Polymarket "-No Qualifying Event-" bracket will be treated as having occurred.
