Daily reward stock
Clutch rewards are real gift cards and charity donations that we pay for. To keep Clutch free for everyone, a limited stock goes live every day.
How it works
1. A fresh stock every morning
Every day at 9:00 (Paris time) a new stock of rewards goes live in the shop. The exact time is shown in the app, in your own time zone.
2. First come, first served
The stock is shared by every player. Once it's gone, it's gone until the next restock.
3. One reward per person per day
So the stock reaches as many players as possible, each person can claim one reward per daily restock.
4. Sold out? Come back at the next restock
When the stock is gone, the redeem button is locked and shows when the next restock is. That's usually the next morning, or the start of next month once the monthly budget is used up. Nothing is lost in the meantime.
Questions
- Why is there a daily stock?
- Every gift card in the shop is bought with real money from our budget. A daily stock spreads that budget fairly across all players and keeps Clutch free and sustainable over time.
- What happens to my points if the stock is gone?
- Nothing: your points stay in your balance, untouched. You can use them at the next restock or any day after.
- Are my points worth money?
- No. Points are not money: they can't be refunded in cash or exchanged for money, and they are not a debt owed by Clutch. They can only be redeemed for the rewards available in the shop, within the daily stock.
- How do I get a reward before it's gone?
- Open the shop right after the restock, have enough points ready, and check that your email address is correct so your gift card arrives straight away.
