🤖 Context
YES if the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) earthquake catalog lists at least one earthquake of magnitude 5.9 or greater whose origin time is on or after 00:00 UTC on July 22, 2026 and before 00:00 UTC on July 25, 2026, and whose epicenter falls within or on the bounding box between latitude 14°N and 33°N and longitude 118°W and 86°W. Earthquakes with null or non‑numeric magnitudes are excluded. If the USGS catalog is temporarily unreachable at resolution time, the market will be decided when the USGS catalog is next reachable.
