Examples include removing the word "unlimited" from the Mexico product page, adding explicit cloud‑streaming limits for Mexico, or moving cloud streaming to a different paid tier so existing Ultimate subscribers in Mexico no longer have the advertised unlimited cloud streaming. This will be determined from Microsoft/Xbox official sources (product or support pages, Xbox Wire, Microsoft press releases) or reporting by at least two independent major technology or gaming outlets. Otherwise NO.
