Otherwise NO. Invite-only pilots, internal demos, or press previews that are not publicly bookable and paid by general customers do not count.

Waymo is likely to keep Gemini exclusive for now, especially with the strict criteria for public access. By September 30, I doubt they’ll officially allow paying riders to use it in Ojai rides.
