Resolves NO if that page shows status 'finalized' and the official final outcome is 'NO'. If the Kalshi page does not show status 'finalized' with an official 'YES' or 'NO' result, including statuses Determined, Disputed, Amended, Unavailable, or any finalized non-YES/NO settlement such as a fair-price $0.50, this market will remain unresolved. This market resolves by 7:10 PM UTC on August 6, 2026 according to Kalshi.
