She must appear on an official stage startlist and have a start time or a non‑DNS status, for example a finishing time or a DNF/WD with a recorded start. Resolution will rely on official stage startlists and stage results from the Tour of Britain organiser (SweetSpot / Tour of Britain) or the UCI, with ordinary reporting (Velo, CyclingNews, etc.) acceptable as corroboration, and it resolves NO if she never appears on an official startlist with a recorded start, if she only appears on team announcements or provisional lists, if she is DNS for every stage, or if the event is cancelled before any stage starts.
