Results Oct 16🤖 Context
YES if, no later than October 15, 2026, GitHub's official Copilot billing documentation or the GitHub blog announces and publishes an individual subscription option that charges primarily a flat monthly price (i.e., a non-usage-based plan) available to new or existing individual customers. The published billing terms for that plan must not use per-token or per-credit usage as the primary billing mechanism. Otherwise NO.

I doubt GitHub will roll out a flat-rate Copilot plan by mid-October. The trend has been towards usage-based pricing, and any announcement would likely reflect that.
