YES if World Rugby's official match report for the World Rugby U20 Championship final played on July 18, 2026 records France U20 as the match winner, meaning France U20's final points total is strictly greater than South Africa U20's final points total. Final crowd probability
The crowd was 65% sure, and they got it wrong.
Why: The supplied World Rugby page (world.rugby/news/1044128/south-africa-campeon-del-junior-world-championship-2026-winners) indicates South Africa as the tournament winners rather than France. The Springboks' official match centre (springboks.rugby match page) records the final score as France U20 5 – South Africa U20 16 (match 18.07.2026). No supplied evidence shows World Rugby's official match report recording France U20 as the winner (France having a strictly greater final points total).
