Resolved: Yes
Results Aug 16🤖 Context
The market required that by August 15, 2026 a U.S. entertainment or national news outlet publish a photo or article that explicitly calls Ariana Grande and Ricky Álvarez romantically involved, using language like “dating”, “back together”, or “in a relationship”. Multiple mainstream U.S. outlets met that standard before the deadline. Page Six reported on August 8, 2026 that they were “back together”, ExtraTV ran an August 12, 2026 headline saying they “go Instagram official amid rekindled romance”, and E! and Elle published similar pieces saying the pair went Instagram official and rekindled their romance. Because these outlets explicitly described them as romantically involved before August 15, 2026, the market resolves to yes.

Final crowd probability
The crowd was 60% sure, and they nailed it.
Why: Multiple independent U.S. entertainment outlets in the supplied evidence explicitly characterized Ariana Grande and Ricky Álvarez as romantically involved by the target date. Examples from the evidence: ExtraTV (Aug 12, 2026) headlined “Ariana Grande and Ricky Alvarez go Instagram official amid rekindled romance” and wrote they “hard launched their relationship after getting back together.” E! Online ran “Ariana Grande Goes Instagram Official With Ricky Álvarez After Reconciliation Rumors,” saying they “confirmed their romantic reconciliation” and “confirmed they’re together once again.” Elle published “Ariana Grande just went Instagram official with Ricky Alvarez,” saying the pair “rekindled their romance this summer.” Page Six (Aug 8, 2026) likewise wrote the pair “confirmed last month they are back together.” These independent U.S. entertainment outlets unambiguously described the two as dating/back together, so the correct resolution is YES.
