🤖 Context

A yes outcome requires Rafa Mercadante to be an active contestant in La Granja VIP Segunda Temporada, not eliminated, withdrawn, evicted, or expelled, by 11:59:59 PM Central Time (UTC−6) on September 16, 2026. Mexican entertainment coverage shows Abigail Pak was the first eliminated on September 13 while Rafa was saved, Rafa won the Duelo de Nominación on September 15 against Azalia, and reporting for September 16 does not record any elimination or withdrawal of Rafa. Because no outlet reports his eviction or withdrawal before or at 2026-09-16 23:59:59 CT, he remained an active contestant at the deadline, so yes.

Final crowd probability

The crowd was 51% sure, and they nailed it.

Why: Multiple independent news outlets in the supplied evidence unambiguously report Rafa Mercadante remained in the competition through 2026-09-16. Coverage of the first elimination (13 Sep) states Abigail Pak was the first eliminated while Rafa was saved/kept in the game (El Financiero, SuperChannel12). Subsequent reporting (Clarosports, Info7) documents that Rafa won the Duelo de Nominación on 15 Sep (vs. Azalia) and was not sent out; coverage of the 16 Sep Assembly/nominations (Diario AS) and related pieces do not report any elimination or withdrawal of Rafa before or on 2026-09-16. No source in the provided evidence reports his eviction, withdrawal, or expulsion on or before 2026-09-16, so he was still an active contestant by 2026-09-16 23:59:59 CT.

With just a few days left, it looks like Rafa Mercadante will still be in the mix. He has a solid chance to stay active in the competition until the end.
