Will Starship 'Ship 40' be recovered and secured at a port or aboard a recovery vessel?

YES if no later than August 12, 2026, SpaceX or an appropriate maritime or port authority, or at least two independent major news organizations, report that Ship 40 has been physically secured at a named port, shipyard, or drydock, or is aboard a recovery vessel that has moored at a port and is under port custody. Reports that Ship 40 is only under tow and has not been moored, or that it was intentionally sunk or scuttled before reaching port, count as NO. Photographic or video evidence published by SpaceX or by a port or maritime authority showing Ship 40 moored at port is admissible evidence.
