YES if Genoa CFC publishes an official announcement or lists the player named "Sow" (the same "Sow" identified in Marca as a Sevilla player) on Genoa's official first-team roster or in a press release no later than August 11, 2026. YES also if Genoa does not publish but at least two independent major football news outlets (for example Marca plus one other national or international sports outlet) report the completed transfer or loan and identify Genoa as the player's new club no later than August 11, 2026. Loans and permanent transfers both count as signed. If an announcement is publicly withdrawn or the player's registration is formally declared void by the relevant competition authority before the deadline, the market resolves NO. Otherwise NO.
