Preferred source is Open-Meteo's daily maximum; if Open-Meteo does not publish a numeric daily maximum for that date, or if Open-Meteo and the U.S. National Weather Service (NWS) / NOAA/NCEI disagree numerically, the resolver will use the NOAA/NCEI or NWS value. Temperatures reported in °F will be converted to °C before comparison.
