The price at 13:00 UTC is defined as the price of the last trade on Binance's BTC/USDT spot market with a trade timestamp at or before 13:00 UTC on that day, or if no such trade exists the price of the first trade after that instant will be used. If Binance has permanently removed the BTC/USDT pair or does not publish trade or historical price data for that period, the market will be resolved using Binance's official historical trade data or archive as published by Binance.
