YES if Baldur's Gate 3 appears on an official digital storefront (for example Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, PlayStation Store, or Microsoft/Xbox Store) with a purchasable price showing at least a 40% discount off that storefront's listed regular price for that edition, and the discount is displayed and allows immediate purchase or download. Temporary free-play weekends or demos without a discounted purchase price do not count. Resolution uses the official storefront page(s), a publisher statement, or coverage from major gaming outlets as evidence, no later than September 1, 2026.
