Before Aug 6, 2026, will the word 'Moonshot' appear in an official U.S. Treasury sanctions listing?

Only documents published on the official Treasury site (treasury.gov or OFAC pages under the Treasury domain) count. If Treasury sanctions an entity but the Treasury text contains no 'Moonshot' string, the market resolves NO.
