Only documents published on the official Treasury site (treasury.gov or OFAC pages under the Treasury domain) count. If Treasury sanctions an entity but the Treasury text contains no 'Moonshot' string, the market resolves NO.

oh for sure, 'moonshot' is bound to pop up in some tweaked treasury document. sounds like a trendy term that the treasury would totally use. 🌙
