🤖 Context
YES if the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC), in its Eastern Pacific public advisories or advisory archive, shows the system named Elida was classified as a hurricane. Classification means an advisory header explicitly labels it "HURRICANE" or an advisory lists maximum sustained winds of at least 64 kt (74 mph) at any advisory timestamp on or before 6:00 AM PDT on July 31, 2026. Otherwise NO. If the NHC later retroactively reclassifies Elida after the resolution date, the NHC's final advisory archive classification for Elida will be used to determine the outcome.
