Will Tropical Storm Bertha make landfall in Texas by July 25, 2026?

YES if the National Hurricane Center (NHC) posts on its official website one or more public advisories, intermediate advisories, or the Tropical Cyclone Report that explicitly state Tropical Storm Bertha (or Bertha) made landfall at a location within the state of Texas at any time on or before 11:59 PM Central Time on July 25, 2026. If the NHC reports landfall only by latitude and longitude, this market resolves YES if those coordinates lie within the legal boundaries of Texas. If the NHC attributes a Texas landfall to a differently named cyclone and does not link that cyclone to Bertha, the market resolves NO.
