Resolves YES if the Servicio Meteorológico Nacional (SMN / CONAGUA) publishes an official advisory for Tropical Cyclone Genevieve on or before 11:59:59 PM on July 27, 2026, Mexico City time reporting Genevieve's maximum sustained winds as at least 209 km/h (130.0 mph). If SMN reports winds in mph or knots the resolver will convert using 1 mph = 1.60934 km/h and 1 kt = 1.852 km/h, and an advisory that lists exactly 209.0 km/h or 130.0 mph counts as YES. If SMN publishes no advisory for Genevieve by that time, the market resolves NO.
