Resolved: No
Results Sep 22YES if, no later than September 21, 2026, the House of Lords records a formal division in which Lords approve one or more amendments or motions to UK legislation whose text explicitly requires political parties to return donations received from British expatriates, or explicitly declares such donations invalid and requires repayment. Preferred sources are UK Parliament records (Hansard, Lords votes and amendments). Reporting by two or more independent national news outlets (for example BBC News, The Guardian, Reuters, Financial Times) is also sufficient to resolve YES. Otherwise NO.

Final crowd probability
The crowd was 74% sure, and they got it wrong.
Given the timing and the current political landscape, I doubt the House of Lords will pass this amendment in the next week. It's a tight turnaround that likely won't yield a formal vote.
