YES if the Conseil constitutionnel, in an official decision published on its website on or before 14 August 2026 at 12:00 PM, explicitly annuls, censors, or declares unconstitutional any provision of the law creating a right to "aide à mourir" that was transmitted to it after adoption by the National Assembly. Otherwise NO. If the Conseil constitutionnel publishes no decision on that referral by the resolution date, the market resolves NO.
