YES if the Binance BTC/USDT spot price at 10:00:00 UTC on Monday, July 27, 2026 is greater than or equal to 64,000 USDT according to Binance's public market data, otherwise NO. To resolve, the resolver will fetch Binance's public aggregated-trades feed for the BTC/USDT pair and use the most recent aggregated trade with a timestamp at or before 10:00:00 UTC. If there is no such trade it will use the earliest aggregated trade after 10:00:00 UTC but within one minute. If neither yields a trade the resolver will use Binance's 1-minute candlestick close for the 09:59 UTC candle. If Binance provides no usable data for that period the market resolves NO.
