Will the Beni‑Enzar crossing between Melilla and Morocco reopen to pedestrians and private cars (not just OPE vehicles)?

YES if, no later than August 6, 2026, there is an official statement or contemporaneous reporting that the Beni‑Enzar crossing is open to pedestrian crossings and to private/non‑OPE vehicles for ordinary two‑way traffic, explicitly lifting the restriction "limited to OPE vehicles". Preferably this comes from the competent Melilla authorities or Spanish central authorities and is corroborated by national reporting (for example EFE or RTVE). Otherwise NO.
