Will Samoa be suspended from World Rugby for four years or more by 12:00 on August 4, 2026?

Resolves YES if World Rugby publicly issues, on or before 12:00 on August 4, 2026, a final disciplinary or membership decision that explicitly suspends the Samoa Rugby Union or Samoa national teams from World Rugby membership or from participation in events sanctioned by World Rugby for a stated period of at least four years. Interim notices, administrative measures, notices of investigation, or any sanction that does not explicitly state a suspension of four years or more do not count, and the market resolves NO. Resolution will be determined according to World Rugby's public decision.
