Will residents of any Spanish municipality be ordered to evacuate due to a wildfire or fire risk?

🤖 Context
YES if, no later than August 9, 2026, any Spanish municipal, provincial, or autonomous‑community government, Protección Civil, or the national government issues a public, official mandatory evacuation order that explicitly requires residents to leave an inhabited area because of a wildfire or fire risk. Voluntary or recommended evacuations do not count. Orders that affect only non‑residential facilities count only if they explicitly require residents of inhabited dwellings to leave, and an order that is later rescinded still counts.
