YES if OpenAI publicly announces an official U.S. base retail price (MSRP) for its consumer AI smart speaker, stated in U.S. dollars and equal to or greater than $300 and equal to or less than $400, no later than September 30, 2026, as shown on OpenAI’s official product page or press release, or quoted directly by at least two independent major tech news outlets. This excludes bundled-with-accessory prices, carrier subsidies, subscription add‑ons, limited‑time promotional discounts, and regional special offers. If multiple SKUs are announced, the base (lowest‑priced) consumer SKU’s MSRP determines the outcome, and if only unconfirmed rumors or a nonbinding price range are issued without an official MSRP the market resolves NO.
