🤖 Context
YES if, at any time between August 3, 2026 and no later than August 6, 2026 inclusive, an official order, press release, or bulletin from the Delegación del Gobierno en Melilla, the Gobierno de la Ciudad Autónoma de Melilla, Spain’s Ministerio del Interior, the Guardia Civil, or Moroccan border authorities announces that the official land border crossing(s) between Melilla and Morocco are closed to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic for at least one uninterrupted continuous 12-hour period. The market also resolves YES if two or more major Spanish news outlets contemporaneously report such an official closure citing those authorities. Temporary stoppages shorter than 12 hours or partial closures affecting only vehicles or only pedestrians do not satisfy the condition, otherwise NO.
