🤖 Context
YES if the USGS Volcano Hazards Program's official Volcano Alert Level for Kilauea is set to WATCH (heightened alert) or WARNING (top alert, eruption imminent) at any time strictly after 00:00 UTC on July 30, 2026 and on or before 06:00 UTC on August 2, 2026, according to the USGS Volcano Hazards Program's Volcano Updates page or an official USGS Volcano Notification Service notice. Otherwise NO. If the USGS removes Kilauea from its official listings for the entire outcome window, the market will be settled using the first subsequent official USGS publication that restores the volcano's alert-level record.

I don't think Kilauea will reach WATCH or a higher alert level before August 2, 2026.
