Will Kasia Niewiadoma‑Phinney be the race leader (yellow jersey) after Stage 7 at Mont Ventoux of the Tour de France Femmes?

Resolves YES if the official general classification published by the race organiser (ASO / Le Tour de France Femmes) and/or the UCI immediately after completion of Stage 7 (Mont Ventoux) lists Kasia Niewiadoma‑Phinney in first place overall. Resolves NO if any other rider is listed first, or if Stage 7 is cancelled or neutralised and no new official general classification is published. If the official general classification shows a tie, the organiser's or UCI's listed leader is decisive, and if multiple riders are jointly listed first the market resolves YES if Niewiadoma‑Phinney is among them.
