Reuters (2026-07-18) reports that Pogacar launched a decisive attack to 'clinch another solo victory' on Stage 14 and explicitly states Jonas Vingegaard finished fourth. An AP/Pool report (DailyUnion) the same day likewise shows Pogacar winning the fourteenth stage. These independent sources provide positive evidence that Jonas Vingegaard did not win Stage 14, so the correct settlement is NO.
