Will Invest 91L get a Tropical Depression or Tropical Storm advisory by Aug 4, 2026?

Resolves YES if the National Hurricane Center issues at least one formal Tropical Cyclone advisory for the system that was designated Invest 91L at any time on or before 4:00 PM EDT on August 4, 2026. A qualifying advisory must be titled "Tropical Depression" with a depression number or "Tropical Storm" with an assigned name according to the National Hurricane Center advisory archive. Tropical Weather Outlook entries and Special Tropical Disturbance Statements do not count.
