YES if the Binance BTC/USDT spot price for Bitcoin at 22:00 UTC on September 10, 2026 is greater than or equal to $78,500, otherwise NO. “Price at 22:00 UTC” is defined as the most recent executed trade on Binance's BTCUSDT spot pair with an exchange timestamp less than or equal to 22:00 UTC on September 10, 2026, and if multiple trades share that timestamp use the last trade recorded at that time. Binance's public trade data is the primary source, but if that timestamped trade record is unavailable the resolver may use a timestamped snapshot from a major price aggregator (for example CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko) or another major exchange that explicitly shows the Binance BTC/USDT price at that UTC timestamp, and if Binance permanently delisted BTC/USDT before 22:00 UTC on September 10, 2026 and no Binance trade exists at or before that time the market resolves NO. Prices quoted in USDT are treated as equivalent to USD.
