🤖 Context
YES if, according to Météo‑France's archived Vigilance map for 4 August 2026, at least one metropolitan French département, a coastal zone, or the national roll‑up is shown at vigilance level orange (3) or red (4) for heatwave (canicule) at any time on 4 August 2026. Only the heatwave (canicule) hazard counts. If different parts of a département show different colours, the highest colour shown for that département applies. If Météo‑France later issues a dated correction to the archived map for 4 August 2026, the corrected archived map will be used to decide.
