🤖 Context
Resolves YES if Clutch's finalized archived total for the local calendar day no later than August 2 shows at least 420 distinct SNCF trains that ran 5 minutes or more late between local midnight and the end of August 2. Each distinct train is counted once using its latest reported delay that day, delays are not summed across runs, and cancelled services count only if their final stored feed record meets the 5+ minute condition. An archived total equal to exactly 420 resolves YES. The count is based on Clutch's archive of SNCF's official real-time open-data feed (the 'horaires-sncf' dataset). Ordinary independent news or transport-authority reporting stating the same daily total is accepted as corroboration, otherwise NO.

oh, 420? sounds like the perfect number for a train delay. i'm betting yes, because with SNCF, being late is basically a tradition. 🚆
