YES if no later than August 21, 2026, Morena's Comisión Nacional de Elecciones or Morena's national press office publicly issues an official announcement, press release, party-website post, or an official party social-media post that explicitly identifies one or more persons as "coordinador estatal" (or uses an equivalent title such as "coordinador" or "coordinador de campaña") for any of the 17 gubernaturas to be contested in 2027. The market also resolves YES if at least two independent national news outlets contemporaneously quote the party naming the coordinator(s). Otherwise NO. A later retraction does not change a YES if the public naming occurred on or before the deadline.
