Will any municipality in the Community of Madrid be ordered to evacuate?

YES if the Delegación del Gobierno en la Comunidad de Madrid publishes on its official website a press release or emergency bulletin that contains a legally binding mandatory evacuation order for any municipality within the administrative limits of the Comunidad de Madrid on or before July 30, 2026. The order must use clearly mandatory wording such as "evacuación obligatoria", "orden de desalojo", "desalojo inmediato" or equivalent. Voluntary advisories, shelter-in-place recommendations, voluntary relocation notices, and road or infrastructure closures that do not name a municipality or do not use mandatory evacuation wording do not qualify.
