This market resolves YES if the official stage winners published by the race organiser on the official Tour de France website list at least one winner of a stage numbered greater than 18 who is French (nationality FRA) by 19:00 on July 26, 2026. Officially neutralised or cancelled stages are ignored. If the site posts no official winners for any stages >18 the market resolves NO.
