🤖 Context
YES if the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) earthquake catalog lists one or more earthquakes with USGS-reported magnitude greater than or equal to 5.2 and origin time on or after 00:00 UTC on July 28, 2026 and before 00:00 UTC on July 31, 2026, and whose epicenter latitude is between 14°N and 33°N inclusive and longitude between 118°W and 86°W inclusive. The USGS earthquake catalog is the resolution source. If the USGS catalog is temporarily unavailable the resolver will re-check and use the catalog entries and any magnitude or location revisions published there when it becomes available.
