YES if, no later than August 31, 2026, the City of Reno or Washoe County emergency management issues an official statement, or two or more independent local or national news outlets (for example the Reno Gazette‑Journal, the Associated Press, or Reuters) report, that all evacuation orders issued for any areas described as 'Hawk Fire' have been lifted so that no evacuation order remains in effect for any Hawk Fire zone. Otherwise NO. If any Hawk Fire evacuation order remains in effect, or if orders are converted to evacuation warnings or voluntary evacuations without being fully lifted, the market resolves NO.
