Otherwise NO. • The committee must be designated specifically for Bill C-39 and not be an existing standing committee or a multi-bill committee that includes C-39. • If Parliament is dissolved or Bill C-39 is withdrawn before such a vote, the market resolves NO. • Source: House of Commons Journals, Hansard or Parliament of Canada records, or two or more independent Canadian national news outlets (for example CBC, The Globe and Mail, CTV News, Global News, Reuters).
