YES if Clutch's finalized archived total for the local calendar day no later than August 5, 2026 shows the cumulative delay across Renfe long-distance trains since local midnight, counting each train once using its latest reported delay and including only trains whose final recorded delay is at least 5 minutes, is at least 106.0 hours. Delays reported in minutes or seconds are converted to decimal hours (minutes/60, seconds/3600), and the market resolves NO if the finalized archived total is strictly less than 106.0 hours. Resolution will use Renfe's official real-time feed as archived by Clutch, though independent archived sources that reproduce the same final total are acceptable.

With 117.8 hours already racked up, it's likely Renfe will hit at least 118 hours by tomorrow's close. Cumulative delays are trending up, so I'm betting on YES.
